Come and join us on our fully equipped
15 metre catamaran, the SHARK, with plenty of deck space and shade, for
an experience with the GREAT WHITE SHARK you will not forget. |
| We work some 20 minutes outside
the port of Mossel Bay, a fully serviced and delightful town, where we
are currently the only shark cage operation.
We use a 2 man square steel cage,
which is permanently attached to the dive platform and always under our
direct management.
We find that the fixed cage system
is far easier than the drift cage method to focus the sharks where you
want them. |

You do not have to be a qualified
diver to enjoy this unique experience and we use a hookah air supply system,
which gives you total freedom in the cage.
The 3 view ports are 25cm wide to
give the most ambitious photographer plenty of scope to record this magnificient
apex predator of the sea as they glide slowly by. |
| We meet at our WHITE SHARK INFO
CENTRE, where we have a 12 seater lecture room and provide all the dive
gear required for the day.
We do not go out in rough seas or
if the visibility is down.
The diagram shows our average success
rate.The best months are April to July and again September to November
with success rates between 80% and 90%.
We have different price structures
for cagers and non cagers, which means that topside viewing is possible
and quite exciting and dramatic.
