Our lodge is situated on the outskirts of a quaint town called White River. With its easy access to many places of interest, the lodge is the perfect home base for exploring the many great sites of the area.
This lovely old thatched farmhouse is set in ten hectares of peaceful garden and has a magnificent view of the Legogote Mountain “The Lion Head”, with the entrance to Kruger National Park only 30 minutes drive away.
|
Owner Cecilia and Roger Briggs with their combined knowledge and experience, have created a stylish and homely lodge. Spacious en-suite bedrooms with beautiful views of the garden, are colourfully decorated with stylish African influences.
The lounge with its teak floors and high ceiling complimented with its huge fireplace, separate TV lounge, honesty bar and a large covered outside sitting area will give you plenty of space to relax after a day of exploration. |

Picnic breakfasts can be arranged for the early starters, or spend the day at the lodge next to the swimming pool, lazing in a hammock.
Our breakfasts and dinners are guaranteed to delight the most refined palate. Garden fresh vegetables and fruit are used as much as possible and the meals can be enjoyed either in the tastefully decorated dining area, the beautiful garden or in the traditional African boma.

Seringa Lodge offers private guided tours into Kruger National Park with an open game drive vehicle as well as bush walks in a nearby private game reserve. Your host Roger is a qualified and experienced guide and he will introduce you to all the treasures of the Lowveld.
We are situated only a short distance from all the major attractions like Blyde River Canyon, God's Window and Sudwala Caves. Fishing, hiking, horse trails, quad-biking, river rafting, ballooning and a casino are all situated within a few kilometres from the lodge.
