For nearly 15 years now we offer one of the most daring horse trails in the world: 400 kilometres in 9 days (+ 3 days ranch / coast) from the Central Highland across the escarpment, the outskirts of the Namib desert, Kuiseb Canyon, Tinkas-, Tumos- and Welwitschia planes into the Lunar Landscape of Moonvalley, the dry Swakop riverbed and onto the Atlantic Ocean.
|
Those who have done the Central Desert Trail can join us for the Damaraland / Skeleton Coast Trail.
You certainly need to be an experienced rider, be very fit and have a good sense of humour. |

NEW: Our Bushmanland Trail for the not so experienced riders! Some cantering, a bit of trotting and lots of walking through typically African countryside: thick bush, large pans with lots of game, elephants, giraffe and bushmen; campfires, cooking and sleeping (in tents if needed) under the stars! |
Who dares follow the bushman tracker on the elephant tracks? Be sure that this is an adventure never to forget!
Only once a year in May – be sure to make an early reservation to avoid disappointment!
Take note: riding across the Namib Desert on a horse is addictive! |
