Magalies River Lodge overlooks the banks of the Magalies River and is about an hours drive form Johannesburg and Pretoria.

There is a few rooms in the lodge, furnished with a charming collection of antiques and a fire place in each.

The main accommodation is our exclusive bush camp, where we have luxury tenthouses on decks.

Each tenthouse can sleep as much as six persons.

The tenthouses include a full bathroom with bath, shower and towels, and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishtowels and cutlery and crockery for six persons. Each has its own barbecue facility.

On the premises are a pool, trampoline, pool tables, paint ball and bird watching to keep you busy.

Other activities nearby include hot air ballooning, horse riding and abseiling, a visit to the oldest gold mine or Sterkfontein Caves.
